As a Short Term Disability Case Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Assessing of short term disability claims including the identification, and analysis of medical, contractual, and eligibility information
• Developing case management plans
• Consistent interaction with Claimants and Clients
• Facilitate a Return to Work program or transition to Long Term Disability options
• Making payments on disability claims

Must have 2+ years of disability management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a degree within the health science field (i.e.physical therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, massage therapy)
Sound knowledge of medical terminology, medical management or pharmacology Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
Previous Disability Claims Experience is highly preferred
