What you will be doing
• Coordinate signage installation and take down
• Maintain inventory
• Manage job tracking, invoice tracking, signage/design requests
• Work closely with Marketing regarding sign requests
• Responsible for supplier negotiations, requesting quotes from vendors and placing and managing purchase orders
• Maintain signage budget
• Attend press checks as required
• Ensure that all finished printed materials are installed or sent to clients in an extremely time sensitive manner.
Do you have the right qualification?
• Bachelor degree or diploma in a related area of study
• 3 to 5 years in a similar role or related discipline
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid knowledge of the printing process and signage substrates and their applications.
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Some lifting and management of bulky hardware and tools
