We are looking for a Software Administrator

Role description:
This role is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and optimizing system software and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported.
Summary of tasks:
Ensure system software availability and performance
Plan and execute Backup and archiving schedule
Provide system software documentation
Forecast system software usage and growth
Define operating procedures
Provide System software performance report
Mandatory skills:
8 years experience within a Technical Support environment
Specialties: Here the required roles, and short description, for delivery and dedicated to the EUCV project:
• Technical integrator
o Infrastructure skills
§ The integrator has low to intermediate level skill/knowledge of the following technologies (please note due to the vast skillset required, flexible profiles are favored over narrowed high level skillset profile):
• Servers (i.e. Blade and rackmount servers)
• SAN (i.e. SSD based system)
• Virtualisation (i.e. vSphere suite, vROps suite, etc.)
• Network LAN technologies (i.e. subnets, VLAN, routing, etc.)
• Windows servers and desktop operating (i.e. Windows 2016 and Windows 10)
• ADC (i.e. Netscaler)
• Security (i.e. Firewall, threat protection, IDS)
• Authentication (i.e. SAML, Kerberos, Multi-Factor)
• Active Directory (i.e. OU structure, GPO, DC)
o End-user computing solution skills
§ Low to intermediate level skill/knowledge of the following technologies:
• Image deployment (i.e. Instant clone)
• Master template building (i.e. OS deployment and configuration, policies, security hardening)
• End user management (i.e. profiles, ergonomics, policies/GPO/UEM)
• Application packaging and distribution (i.e. AppVolumes)
• Virtual desktop publishing (i.e. desktop pools)
• Application publishing (i.e. servers pools and application publishing)
o Project delivery
§ Produce solution build books
§ Produce solution job aid for help desk
§ Test the solution infrastructure to provide a performance baseline
o Operation support
§ Understand the solution lifecycle in a production environment (i.e. change and release management)
§ Complete solution component items (i.e. Service manager information fact sheet)
§ Transfer solution to operation teams (i.e. T2C)
