Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated individual to become the primary architect for Skype for Business and Skype/PBX platform.

Responsibilities include ongoing architectural design, implementation, and Level 3 support for the on premises Skype for Business and Skype/PBX environment, integration with internal/external business solutions, monitoring, data availability/recovery, and associated peripheral services. The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a top level technical contributor with advanced knowledge and experience in the area of systems administration, database administration, network administration, and specifically the Microsoft Unified Communications stack.

The Systems Architect is the primary point of contact for business related inquiries, projects and information security initiatives involving Skype for Business and/or Skype/PBX. This individual serves as a technical resource and mentor to NHSS Messaging and Collaboration server administration staff and telecom support staff and as a Level 3 support resource for the team's Level 2 support staff. Additional responsibilities include an in-depth understanding of Messaging environment and close collaboration with the IT Systems Architect responsible for messaging.

5+ years' experience (design, architecture, administration, and support) with a large scale Skype for Business and Skype/PBX in the Azure cloud environment preferred.
