You will play a key role in:
• Leading UX conversations in an cross-capability agile team
• Collaborating with customers, business leaders, employees around the world, and external networks to facilitate the discovery of new opportunities and exploration of customer needs.
• Taking a lead role in design and collaborating with front end development.
• Developing a complete understanding of customer needs and wants, identifying product and business model opportunities, and keeping customers at the forefront of every decision
• Researching, designing, testing, developing, and prototyping to ensure a quality product and a beautiful user friendly interface
• Storytelling in different mediums/formats using your refined visual design skills
• Demonstrating the principles and value of innovation through participation in programs targeted at internal staff and external participants

Responsibilities include:
• Sketch and design forward thinking digital experiences
• Inform motion design of interactive experiences
• Storyboard complex interactions
• Communicate and articulate design rationales
• Collaborate with a team of great people to deliver great products
• Adapting to an ever changing environment and learning new skills to succeed
Requirements for this position are as follows:
• Candidates must be well versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!
• Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.
• Excellent visual design skills including experience using Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure and/ or similar.
• Nice to have proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, adhering to standards and best practices
