Job Description
Manage and plan the upgrades for IT infrastructures (systems and networks) and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution, as well as providing innovative solutions to improve user experience.
Manage relationships with Global teams and external partners that concern infrastructure management
Act as Service Delivery manager to oversee the outsourced Service Desk’s performance
Monitor the systems and respond to security, usability and performance concerns
Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for both hardware and software issues coming from service desk requests for the Candiac Office and Montreal Boutique
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Manage backups of data
Manage the Retail support specialist
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Install and test computer-related equipment

Required Skills
5+ years’ experience in system administration
Extensive experience with Windows 7, 10 and Windows Server 2012.
Experience with VMware
Experience with Cisco network equipment (LAN, WAN, ToIP) and patch management
Good knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
Ability to respond to service desk and external partner requests after hours on a limited basis
Excellent communication skills
Must be Bilingual
