Our client is looking for an experience IT Support Analyst to join their West Edmonton Office. This position will be responsible for monitoring and managing hardware and systems, including: servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones and phone systems, and networking devices.

This position will be responsible for implementation of ERP upgrades and will be the primary contact for IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Define, plan and implement technology needs
Deployment, configuration, and use of our core set of applications
Install/ configure and provision new systems according to best practices
Provide technical support to team members
Develop, implement, maintain, and deliver on desktop support processes
Maintain desktop standards, and policies
Provide Technical/ Help Desk support relating to desktop, laptop, printer/scanner configuration, and mobile devices (iPhone and Android devices)
Support team members with hardware and software issues
Implement and perform data backup and recovery operations
Ongoing Maintenance of inventory on IT assets
Office 365 Administration
Network Infrastructure support/ troubleshooting
Antivirus Protection Provisioning on PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Phones
Firewall support coordination with 3rd party specialty support resource
Microsoft Technologies Infrastructure/ Software (Servers and PCs, Windows Server 2012R2 Standard, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services, DNS, Active Directory)
User’s Desk Phones provisioning/ support coordination with 3rd party specialty support resource
Minimum two (2) years IT experience with similar responsibilities

Knowledge and Skills:

University degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical discipline
Demonstrated ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure, individually, and as part of a team while managing multiple demands
Experience with key technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision considered an asset.
Experience working in a professional service environment, considered an asset
Understanding of document management 2018 and knowledge management systems, considered an asset
