This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and aspiring Talent Acquisition Associate to join our client's Talent Acquisition filling customer service roles.

Talent Selection:
• Individual will partner with the bank’s Hiring Managers to meet hiring needs..
• Coordinating the selection process (communication with interviewers, assessors and candidates)
• Managing and tracking candidate applications via the via the ATS
• Associate will also be required to occasionally attending campus recruitment events/ community workshops and other events to target broader audiences.

Relationship Management:
• Communicating with local Partners, particulary other TAPs and Assignment Managers (in person, email and over the phone)
• The associate is expected to network and spend 2 days a month at banking centers to shadow and understand the customer service/teller landscape and culture.
• Will potentially liaise with other consultants and assignment managers to ensure a smooth onboarding

up to an 18 month contract with long term potential.

• A working knowledge of any ATS system.
