A large solar panel distribution company is looking for a team lead in the Brampton area. This company has been in business for almost 30 years and is still growing.

As a team lead you will be responsible for the following:

-Have 3 people directly reporting to you
-Enforces and ensures adherence to PPE, GMPs and health & safety working procedures at all times for all associates
-Acting as a floater where required, completing tasks associate with the general labour
-Primary contact for all associates with regards to injury/incident reporting
-Assists supervisor with introductory & on-the-job training, ensures training document compliance
-Assists supervisors in assessing performance and give feedback to associates
-Attends all pre-shift and health and safety meetings as required

Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year prior in a leadership role
- Warehouse experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Must have good communication skills
