Our Mississauga client is looking for a Team Lead in their Mississauga Distribution centre. If you have over 2 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment we would love to hear from you!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

-Managing a team of up to 20 people, responsible for order picking, packaging, monitoring performance of staff, providing direction to direct reports.
-Improving efficiencies and increasing production output with lower costs.
-Responsible for the daily operation and the work flow of the facility
-Ensures the proper handling of materials and all requirements are followed
-Prioritizing work throughout the day for direct reports.
-Ensure Health and Safety Policies are in place and followed
-Shipping and Receiving product
-In cross-dock environment

Location: Britannia Rd E & Dixie Rd
Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Pay: 45,000-50,000/Year (Based on experience)

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
-2-3 years of Warehouse Distribution or Logistics Experience
-MUST have LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT experience
-Forklift licenses is an asset
-Ability to problem solve and possess a sharp analytical mind
-MUST have people skills
-Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
