Our client Entertainment Services Group Inc is looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist on a 2 month assignment in Waterloo location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $33 per hour!

Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Developing written material and information about the products’ systems requirements and functionality for
training purposes
• Managing translations across all system applications
• Capturing and documenting in detail the technical specifications that are required to develop User Guides, system help
files and any published documentation associated with new or updated products
• Coordinating translations of products and documentation
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 3+ year Technical Writing experience
• 2 year administrative and customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic understanding of web design, and how the Internet works, (NDS, TCP-IP, BGP, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor Degree
• UML experience definitely an asset
