Randstad is recruiting for Technical Support Representatives for a well renowned company in the Telecommunication industry located in downtown Vancouver, BC! This is for a permanent full time OR part time position.

The successful candidates must have strong communication skills, driven to go above and beyond for a customer, and be customer service oriented!

Start date: September 17th, 2018

Hours of Operation:
7:00 am – 11:30 pm (rotational shifts)

- Base pay $14.71 - $16.00/hour (dependent on experience) for first 90 days + monthly commission
- Guaranteed 9% increase after 90 days

As a Help Desk Technical Support Representative, you can expect to:
- Provide technical support regarding various Telecommunication products and services
- Handle inbound calls for new and existing clients
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues
- Educate clients/promote features, benefits and advantages of products and services (some warm up-selling)

- Full time representatives will work 40 hours/week
- Part time representatives will work 25-40 hours/week (schedule given a week in advance)

* Mandatory training period for both Full time and Part time candidates - Paid training - 4 weeks full time of training 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday *

- Strong time management organizational skills
