Our client is looking for a Telecom Engineer-Cellular Ressource-Senior

Summary of tasks:
Contribute to the solution architecture by identifying the degree of re-use of existing telecom infrastructure and capacity versus the need for expansion;
Represent the Telecom team:
- Present and explain designs/solutions per business requirement (end to end solution integration for remote sites)
Leverage technology : Design, integrate and document new Wifi, LAN/WAN/Cellular technologies-Maintain a lifecycle process for Telecom assets related to Wifi, LAN/WAN and Cellular- Actively participate in complex deployments and large project;
Translate the conceptual technology solution architecture and the telecom model into engineering specifications. Ensure integration between all relevant telecom technologies;
Ensure that the engineering specifications meet all business requirements;
Guide the Telecom Integrator(s) through the engineer specifications. Address any potential engineering issues with them. Assist with field installations, when required;
Conduct preliminary and/or systems integration testing and log results;
Determine appropriate resolution/solution through root-cause analysis and impact analysis;
Define and maintain engineering and configuration standards;
For support issues or enhancements, determine appropriate resolution/solution through root cause analysis and impact analysis;
For support issues or enhancements, provide labour and material estimates;
Visit and inspect field sites;
Apply, and ensure compliance with, all appropriate I&T standards (eg. Security, Architecture, Project Delivery Methodology, SOX, etc.).Mandatory skills:
In-depth expertise of 4 to 5 technical area including complex troubleshooting PLUS 10+ years of experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Telecommunications specialization preferred);
3-5 years experience in design and implementation of Wifi;
3-5 years experience in design and implementation of LAN/WAN End To End solutions;
3-5 years experience in design and implementation of Cellular End To End solutions;
Support Telecom Access team with the following technologies.-Wifi (Cisco WLC, AP Indoor and Outdoor, Cisco Prime);- LAN/WAN platforms for enterprise/industrial and service provider scale (ASR1K, ME3600,3850/3650,IE3000/4000,CGR2010, 2960+.., Marking, Queuing, LAN Security, PoE and PoE+)- Cellular Platforms (C819, Digi..) and Cellular Technology (more on customer side, not Cell Backbone side).

Good understanding of LAN?WAN platforms queuing( Marking, Queuing);
Strong Knowledge of LAN Security;
Good knowledge of PoE/PoE+ standards;
Good understanding of Security (Zoning, Vlan, VPRN, IPS/IDS..);
Knowledge of structured cabling (Copper technologies, Fiber, radio, Service Provider..);
Strong documentation skills requirement;
Strong leadership to bring SME to work on the same requirement to delivery end to end solution;
Autonomous;
Process driven (improve existing team process and build new ones when required);
Good business relationship;
Good communication skills (to be able to communicate clearly when required with different entities..);
Excellent French and English (spoken and Written);
