Do you have strong reception experience and are looking for short-term opportunities?

Our client in the Accounting industry is looking for a Receptionist to work a 4 week contract at their downtown Winnipeg office beginning March 29. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $17.00 per hour.

The main responsibilities will be to provide reception area support and work a multi-line switchboard. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Rotating Reception desk and Switchboard
• Operate a busy (Cisco) switchboard
• Greet any visitors to the office, and log into the Visitor database
• Issue and maintain inventory of daily visitor pass-cards and updating the database if necessary
• Assists any site visitors with any information requests
• Draft standard and non-standard correspondence
• Pick up and distribute any messages left in the overnight mailbox
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High degree of computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet search tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Detailed-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment

**Must be able to cover 7.30am start and/or 5.30pm close when needed**
