Our client, a manufacturer and leader in supplying window coverings and components throughout North America is searching for a Territory Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship building experience as well as the ability to grow revenue while prospecting for potential new business.

More precisely, your principal responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and exploring relationships with key customers (specialty retailers, fabricators and distributors) in order to gain market share
• Uncovering and developing new business leads within this industry sector
• Providing support and product guidance to customers
• Analyzing and developing supply chain management, profits and losses, cost structure, and inventory maintenance to ensure efficiency
• Preparing and tracking all sales processes, which includes communication, budgeting,
forecasting, expenses
• Developing and implementing account strategies to build the business and support specific corporate goals and objectives
• Working closely with the distribution, customer service, engineering, technical and quality control teams in order to maximize efficient business processes

• Base salary - $60,000 + commissions
• Full expenses for business travel, KMS, etc

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of building and fostering strong relationships
• MUST be able to TRAVEL throughout ON, QC, & the Prairies - approx 2 weeks/month
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage client expectations
• Strong communicator with the ability to build strong and long term relationships
• The ability to identify and pursue opportunities within the market
• Experience working within the building materials industry
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical aptitude
