If you’re a leader with excellent communication skills who is looking for an exciting opportunity that will allow you to demonstrate your skills and management experience, come join our client for their Territory Manager in Vancouver. You’ll be able to share your expertise in management to coach/develop employees and promote teamwork to ensure customer Service Level Agreements are met.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of 25 or more Service Technicians to ensure delivery of on-site support services. When managing these employees, you will also be controlling expenses and assets, while promoting and improving customer and employee satisfaction.

Duties include:
• Supervising employees
• Developing fantastic relationships with key customers in your district
• Providing customers advice about service and service delivery
• Performing root-cause analysis and preventative measures for repeat escalations
• Conducting hiring activities
• Monitoring performance improvement issues; providing coaching and counseling to team members
• Ensuring employees are following proper standard operating procedures and have appropriate workload
• Managing schedules (including vacations and training)

Qualifications
Previous management experience
Previous experience managing in a unionized environment is strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of PC repair or hands-on POST/ATM repair experience
Minimum High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
Open to prolonged travel as needed
Clear criminal, credit, and driving record
Able to lift up to 50lbs
