What would be your main responsibilities in this role?

- Responsible for all data entry related to warehouse functions;
- Ensure that quality control requirements are met for product and material release and samples are sent for external testing in a timely manner;
- Assist in product release procedures;
- Provide the required documentation for the release of products after receiving;
- Maintaining, filing and control of the document flow relative to receptions between all departments and accounts payable;
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintenance in ERP system;
- Manage the inventory of raw materials, packaging material and finished goods as well as the production of finished goods;
- Generate reports for planning the outsourced production of finished goods;
- Manage the return of goods and ensure that quality requirements are met;
- Support the warehouse lead in other warehouse tasks such as order picking and shipping duties when needed;
- Replace pickers when one is on holiday or due to illness.

What are the qualifications required for this warehouse data entry clerk role?

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or distribution center operations;
- Data entry skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills;
- Accurate and detail oriented;
- Bilingual (French/English) both written and spoken. Functional French is good for this role.
