We are looking for a Leader, someone who wants to be part of a growing team. We have an excellent opportunity for a busy food Distribution centre located in Coquitlam currently looking to add a new Warehouse Lead Hand to their great team! Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

- Manage all aspects of the warehouse staff and operations
- Operate a stand-up Counterbalance/Reach Truck forklift
- Follow, improve, and implement warehouse procedures and policies
- Conduct regular inventory cycles (ageing, counting, stocking)
- Coordinate drivers/routing of products
- Preventative and reactionary maintenance of plant equipment

Shift times: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM + overtime
Wage: $19/hr + annual salary increase

Working conditions:
- Must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Hearing protection and steel toe shoes required
- Cold environment
- Operating mobile equipment

- $19/hr + overtime

- 3 weeks of vacation to start off

- 3 or more years as a Warehouse Lead Hand/Manager in the Food Industry
- Valid Class 1 & 2 forklift certification
- Ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of situations
- Must have good written and verbal communication
