Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Mississauga (Derry/Creditview)

Pay Rate: $60,000 + Yearly Bonus

Afternoon Shift: 2:00PM- 11:00PM with OT

- Provide a safe a healthy work environment
- Provide daily leadership and hands-on support for the department
- Effectively manage associates, encouraging a continuous improvement of individual performance, that all goals for the DC are met or exceeded
- Supervising up to 20+ staff (temp and full time)
- Assist with hiring, performance management, terminations
- Assist in the facilitation of regular team meetings to enhance the communications between shifts and teams
- Ensure that the shift meets or exceeds all training requirements
- Track weekly and monthly productivity (Picking Rate) by shift associates
- Ensure that daily/weekly payroll reporting requirements are met
- Provide back up to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager in their absence
- Ability to work in a fast pace D.C. environment w/ a high degree of speed and accuracy
- Flexible work schedule to work overtime, weekends as required
- Ability to work with all levels of management, internal and external to the company, customer and vendors
- Perform administrative functions related to warehouse activities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse supervisor experience
- Experience with shipping/receiving systems
- SAP knowledge
- Experience with conducting performance reviews
- Experience with scheduling and overseeing a team of individuals
- Must be motivating, spirited and disciplined

- 5 day work weeks with overtime available
