Are you a Fitter or Fabricator with experience MIG welding Aluminum? Do you like to work on things that you see in every day life? Do you like to work as a part of a team?
We are looking for up to 5 strong Fabricators with good fitting skills to work on both aluminum and carbon steel. This positions is ideally located in Central Cambridge, on a bus route.

In this role you will be:

- cross trained in different departments
- working alongside tenured co-workers
- performing all positions MIG welding
- grinding and polishing some of your own parts
- reading and interpreting blueprints
- working with small, detail oriented parts at times

- straight day shift of 7am - 4:30pm
- on a bus route
- strong opportunity to advance
- willing to take candidates without their CWB All position MIG ticket and potentially certify you in house depending on your weld test results
- work on items that you see in everyday life (huge job satisfaction)
- $20 hourly to $26 hourly, wages will be determined on your experience and weld test results

- must be clean shaven
- ideally you have 3+ years of experience in a CWB shop
- able to pass detail oriented weld test
- ideally able to start immediately or within a 10 day period
- ideally have your all position MIG ticket
- able to set up your own machine
- able to read and interpret blueprints
- attention to detail
- must take pride in your work, produce high quality welds
- able to provide supervisor references from previous workplaces
