Are you a welder looking for a new opportunity in Cambridge? We are looking for 2-3 MIG welders to join the team.
There are so many advantages to this position - it's hard to list them all.

What will you be doing as a welder?

- performing MIG welding
- grinding, polishing
- helping out in other areas of the shop as needed
- training others
- working as a part of a team to produce high quality products that are shipped all over
- paying strong attention to Health & Safety protocols
- working directly with a team member on large pieces
- showing enthusiasm for the work that you do on a daily basis
- performing quality checks

- $22 hourly, plus $1 shift premium on afternoon shift
- straight shift of 4pm-2:30am Monday to Thursday (Hello ongoing long weekends!!!)
- double time if you work on Sunday's ($44 hourly)

- uniforms are provided for you (you don't need to ruin any clothes)

Qualifications
- able to pass a pre-employment physical testing
- can pass a flat MIG test
- relatively clear criminal record (no theft or violent charges)
- tenure at your previous places of work is ideal
- ideally you will have completed a welding school (new grads are welcome to apply), but not mandatory
- previous welding experience of 3+ years is ideal, but not required
- have a reliable mode of transportation as the shift does not work on the bus route
