Our client, an accounting industry is looking for a Workspace Monitor to work a 5-month (convert to perm) contract at their Concord office. The successful candidate will be paid at $18/hr per hour.


•Utilize the Mobile and Collaborative Workspace sheet to manage all workspace clean-up
•Place all documents and files left at mobile workspaces in a grey bag/box and label with the hoteling workspace number and date item(s) removed
•Remove all personal items, placing them in a gray bag/box with a label indicating the hotelling workspace number and date
•Remove all notes from the workspace and place them in an envelope with workspace number
•Remove supplies from the desk; ie: pens, pencils, markers, note pads etc and leave in Business Centre
•Remove excess chairs from the workspace
•Remove cups and glasses from workspace and return to Oasis
•Check if the desk light works, if not make a comment on the Mobile and Collaborative Workspace sheet - include Workspace number
•Place monitor in the correct position on the desk, left corner of the desk
•Clean whiteboard - take a picture prior to cleaning board
•Insert orange “Hoteling” sign in the name plate holder
•Wipe down desk surface
•Leave a “clean-up reminder” card for staff still working at their desk

• Gain experience working for an industry leading and globally recognized Accounting and Finance Firm
• Work full-time hours on a 5-month contract with the possibility to a perm
• Earn $18 per hour
• 6:30pm - 11:30pm (Evening Shift)
• Concord Location (accessible by the Vaughan Metropolitan transit station or parking available at approx $150 monthly.)

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
