Do you have previous experience with Yardi Voyager? Have you previously been involved in the implementation with this system? Have you previously provided accounting services in the Real Estate industry? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Yardi Implementation and Outsourced Accounting Specialist to support the implementation of Yardi and provide accounting services for our client's various business partners in the Real Estate industry.

This assignment will run 11 months long and will pay a competitive rate of up to $89 per hour, and as a Yardi Implementation and Outsourced Accounting Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Reconciliation and understanding of all balance sheet and P&L accounts and how they interact with Yardi or other software
• Full comprehension of operating costs and, being able to extract financial data from a tenants lease ensuring all clauses and options are recorded appropriately
• Ability to take on specific duties in an implementation, such as setting up new properties, recovery calculations, etc.
• Supply tenant analysis and statements of accounts once recoveries and billings have been setup.
• Responsible for completing accounting portion of assigned property budgets, and ensuring proper setup in budgeting and forecasting modules
• Ad Hoc duties/ reconciliations as required by client

Qualifications
• Have 3-5 years of experience with Real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, in a functional and implementation role
• Understand full cycle accounting within the Real Estate industry and be able to comprehend acquisition/ disposition transactions and property management techniques
• Understand business enhancement techniques and be able to advise clients on business process improvements and efficiencies
• Complete all job functions relating to assigned entities accurately, efficiently, and by the assigned deadlines and in the specific software client is utilizing
• Utilize and develop skills such as problem solving, decision-making, time management and effective communication to achieve the desired results
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player
• Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload;
