Focus hierbij ligt naast een zelfstandiger scrum team ook op het creëren van een veilige omgeving binnen het team, waarin continu verbetert wordt, hulp gevraagd en geboden wordt en ruimte is voor leren en experimenteren.Dit doe je door:Blokkades identificeren met het team en helpen op te lossen. We’re looking for a Global Release Train Engineer at Randstad Global Digital Factory  your typical day includesAs a Global Release Train Engineer at Randstad you manage releases of code and deployments across groups and environments.  You are responsible ensuring teams and programs live Agile values and principles and follow agreed processes and practices they will use within Agile (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) frameworks to self-organize while delivering value to customers. Your primary purpose is  supporting and coaching an Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional environments. Your role focuses on the technical layers under a significant enterprise-wide initiative, including data, APIs, and interfaces. You help resolve and escalate impediments, manage risk, help assure value delivery, and drive program-level continuous improvement. You are accountable for the program's overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of value.You are a servant leader and champion the Agile mindset through effective guidance, coaching, education and through removal of impediments to team progress. You are responsible for building high-performing teams focused on constantly improving team dynamics and performance. Release Train Engineers at the Senior level within Randstad, demonstrate a deeper understanding of Agile delivery, product knowledge and the ability to influence multiple teams and practices. your responsibilitiesFacilitating the coordinated preparation and execution of release planning for the ART, which includes the following points. Facilitating the SAFe ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums and Product Owner Sync.Working with the ART team who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.Facilitating the ART team’s refinement of features to be considered in the next PI planning cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.Ensuring effective communication and coordination for and during quarterly planning.Managing change to the ART’s PI plan and the impacts of those changes.Understand, visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.Driving delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and work across stakeholders and teams to continuously improve.Ensuring the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the program.Analyzing program budgets and estimates from participating organizations to provide direction for the overall development of all program budgets and integrated cost profiles.Managing program level coordination, such as creating timelines, milestones, and cadence of increments and releases, and overseeing the development of reports and analyses that document program activity.Supporting the configuration of SAFe to the needs of the organization, standardizing and documenting practices.Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.Fostering collaboration amongst and across ARTEncouraging cross-value stream coordination and collaborationFacilitating intergroup communication and dependency resolution, specifically helping to keep information moving so that the teams can focus on delivery.Facilitating alignment dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or between the team and other Scrum Teams.Encouraging the collaboration across the program and team layers of SAFeCoaching and Mentoring of the ARTProviding leadership, direction, and coaching to Feature team and Scrum MastersDeveloping, coaching, and mentoring teams and scrum masters in lean/agile practices and mind-setsActively contributing to internal Way of Working Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master ForumsChairing the scrum of scrums (SoS). As a leader and the scrum master of scrum masters, the RTE is perfectly positioned to ensure that teams interact and share cross-team issues and risks by facilitating the SoS.your experienceBachelor's degree; 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.6 years of directly related experience in process improvement, project management, software engineer, or business/requirements analysis with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or has development experience working in a similar role in a lean or Scrum environment.7-10 years Experience in Information Technology - Practical experience in working in a variety of business areas within IT. Understanding and experience of the various disciplines within IT and how they relate to each other.5-7 Years Experience in Business Support -Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments.
