Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading maintenance contractor
Responsibilities:
- You'll carry out repairs to void and occupied properties undertaking carpentry related works, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
- Additional skills such as Tiling, Plaster and Remedial plumbing works
- Carrying out plumbing work and that will comply with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
- You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
Option for OOH callout/ Overtime if wanted
Requirements:
- full UK Driving licence as company van provided
- NVQ level 2 or City and guilds in relevant Trade
- Pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly
- Strives to achieve great customer service
