We are looking for motivated candidates for the position “Back Office Specialist” to join our client’s team in Prague. You will be part of team and you will support all internal activities. This position will be open in Prague and we can offer a full-time employment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Office management activities (office supplies, preparation for business visits, communication with facility/building manager etc.)
  • Project planning, invoicing, creating and project maintenance
  • Contact for external and internal employees according to their business trips requests as well as point for communication within the company.
  • Organization of business trips (booking of flights/tickets, accommodation etc.), preparation of business trips calculations
  • Work with internal system – evidence of new projects, creation of PO´s etc.
  • Close cooperation with financial department of the company as well as other entities
  • Various administrative tasks and reporting
  • Occasionally support to managerial board

Key qualification:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in administrative role
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
  • MS Office - advanced level
  • Self motivation
  • Good organization skills

  • High attention to detail
