Job Responsibilities:

-Managing resources in conjunction with horizontal managers, manufacturing and other stakeholders
-Helping resolve day to day engineering operational aspects of project and scope
-Effectively managing project risk through mitigation planning
-Supporting Project team in their monitoring and report s of, timing, income, expense and resource management
-Ensuring all project technical documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
-Monitor project status (including supplier status)
-Lead Gate reviews, CCB and manage key activities related to changes and problems
-Consistently acknowledge and appreciate each team member's contributions
-Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
-Motivates the entire Project team to work together in the most efficient manner
-Keep track of lessons lear ned and share those lessons with team members and other project teams
-Mitigate team conflict and communication problems
-Teach (based on experience) the team and functional managers to ensure that relevant communication with the customer is done in a time ly and appropriate manner

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:
-Hands on experience with managing people and leading programs.
-Playing a PD lead role in at least 2 cockpit Electroni cs development.
-Software process knowledge
-Intimacy with specific customer
-Manufacturing process knowledge
-Bachelor’s Degree above or equivalent in Electronics, Software or equivalent engineering
