    Roles & Responsibilities:Establish, develop and maintain overseas logistics network and system according to the company's strategic plan and target business areaManage domestic offices with teams of supplier development, supplier quality, and procurement and supply chain. Develop criteria for selecting, cooperating, evaluating suppliers of logistics, maintenance, packaging and spare parts to ensure continuous competitiveness (including price, service, efficiency, quality, etc.) Formulated logistics plans, working procedures, operating norms, SOP and job responsibility manuals for overseas logistics and warehousing services Work closely with procurement and business development team members to provide logistics solutions based on overseas data center load from multiple dimensions, such as cost, efficiency and security, so as to cooperate with suppliers for supply chain scheduling Manage and monitor the daily operation of transportation and storage business to ensure the daily operation safety, the effective balance between service quality and cost efficiency Coordinate and handle emergencies in work, timely and reasonably solve them according to the established risk preplan, and protect the interests of the enterpriseProfessional Requirement:Working experience in overseas logistics, being familiar with North American is a plus.Experience in establishing logistics system, familiar with international logistics policy related to import and export is preferredFluent in English, have a clear grasp of overseas logistics market conditions, and can independently negotiate with overseas suppliersExperience in supplier management, familiar with bidding process, availability of supplier resourcesStrong team management ability, cross-departmental cooperation ability, strong strain capacity, flexible to deal with unexpected problems, positive attitude, responsible
