We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits expert to evaluate, design and recommend relevant C&B programs taking into account local laws, regulations and market competitiveness in order to attract, retain and reward the best talent (performance/potential).Your tasks will be:-Research, design, plan, implement, communicate and manage C&B policies, procedures, projects and initiatives:-Contribute to the definition, development and implementation of a C&B strategy that contributes to the HR and business strategy.-Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic compensation, benefits and reward programs.-Develop, plan, design and implement local human resources programs related to C&B, facilitating both methodology and tools, including policies, procedures and initiatives.-Analyze, carry out and maintain job evaluations, ensuring their correct classification, establish compensation ranges, as well as define the associated benefits.-Provide criteria and recommendations regarding C&B in cases of promotions, internal movements, new jobs that ensure the coherence and monitoring of the defined compensation structure, guaranteeing the maintenance of internal equity.-Define, implement and maintain talent development and promotion programs in international movements.-Define, design and plan the annual salary review process, as well as implement it through HRBPs.-Define, design and plan the annual Bonus Policy and process. Be the person responsible for the annual Bonus campaign and its transfer to the Payroll department.-Prepare the relevant statistics or reports, required by the labor authority, internal/external audits, equality plans, EINF or other necessary.-Carry out budgets, Budget monitoring related to the initiatives and/or projects in your area of ¿¿action.-Ensure the efficiency, digitalization and automation of the C&B area by proposing and implementing reliable and agile tools and processes.
