- Assist the front counter staff with order assembly and help customers with their inquiries
- Be the go to person for bot the front counter staff and warehouse team to ensure orders are correct
- Learn the products and develop your understanding of the needs of the customers
- Look up items and locate them in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a similar environment
- The ability to learn new skills and the willingness to take on new responsibility
- Team player
- Attention to detail is key in this role
- Friendly, outgoing personality
