Your daily responsibilities will include:
Preparing credit proposals and loan applications for customers, and conducting annual reviews in a timely manner.
Working closely with the credit team to ensure high-quality lending decisions and strict adherence to the prevailing EAR/credit policy.
Implementing the agreed business plan and actively contributing to the team's overall objectives.
Providing regular feedback to the Team Manager and peers on new and anticipated financial and service needs, and recommending process improvements accordingly.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism in client engagement, internal stakeholder management, and overall business conduct.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics is a plus
- Possesses a robust analytical aptitude centered on evaluating and adjusting credit risk.
- Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication capabilities, with a track record of effectively collaborating across diverse cultures and in dynamic settings.
- Exhibits a solid comprehension of financial statement analysis and banking products, including trade, lending, and foreign exchange (FX), among others.
- Works well within a team, displaying a proactive and positive attitude.
