Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager, this newly created role will utilise Microsoft Dynamics to develop sales strategies, reporting and processes to support the Sales team to increase revenue. You will:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and market trends
- Implement a Net Promoter Score program and associated reporting processes
- Develop relevant engagement strategies, tender management and CRM reporting to Sales leaders
- Identify development areas in Sales personnel, quote success and loss learning evaluation and new pricing processes to support deal success / acquisition
- Provide training and support to the Sales team on new tools and analytics platforms
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant practical experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Understanding of industry and basic product knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Have a strong analytical focus with the ability to analyse and communicate key sales and marketing data to support business priorities and outcomes
- Understanding of sales processes, ability to create useful sales reports and experience with sales forecasting
