On behalf of our customer, we are looking for an Associate for the Contract and Proposal Department. It is a temporary position, which starts asap and until the end of 2019 with the possibility to be extended.

We are looking for a candidate with a HD(R) or an education within science and has worked within the pharma or medico industry. You have good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. You are good at problem solving and finding solutions. You are able to work both in teams and independently. You are very detail oriented and has a meticulous approach towards your work. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in Danish and English. Your documentation and organizational skills are strong and you have a positive and professional attitude.

In this position, you will provide support to the contract and proposal team, managing the administrative activities related to contract and proposal within the Site Network. You will have colleagues around the world and be communicating with them via Skype.

Primary responsibilities:
Reading and understanding client’s Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
Reading and understanding protocol specified in RFP
Working with internal staff (in specific SN Project management, Operations and Business Development) to ensure availability of resources and capabilities to meet protocol requirements
Collect information for contract and proposal generation
Collect information for site contract generation and ensure alignment between SN Project management
Conduct RFP/RFQ, proposal preparation
Assist superior to generate Site contracts in line with sponsor CTA and internal procedures
Ensures standardization of processes and best practices within respective functional groups
Ensure the signature process is facilitated and tracked
Ensure electronic archival and documentation of finalized contracts

Secondary responsibilities:
Ensuring deliverables are met
Keeping Manager advised of current issues and escalate as deemed needed
Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”)
Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
Assisting in the creation and review of SOP´s, Work instructions and standard forms
Working with internal staff to resolve issues
Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
Helping others to achieve results

Bachelor degree or equivalent required

1+ years’ work experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferred
General understanding of clinical trials within an SMO, CRO or pharmaceutical research organization
Basic knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and competent authority regulations
Basic knowledge of economic terms and experienced user of Excel and Salesforce
