On behalf of Tupperware Nordics, we are looking for a service-minded Product Planner and Coordinator. You will be a part of the product and planning team in Copenhagen, which is the centre for all Tupperware promotions. We are looking for a positive, dedicated, proactive and service-minded colleague to be part of a small team of four people.
One of your tasks will be to make sure that products and information flow to distributors are delivered in due time. There are many routine tasks such as price calculations, price sheets and coordination with warehouses so it is important that you are structured and detail oriented.

Main responsibilities:
• Create & control monthly promotional price sheets for Tupperware host & consumer promotions
• Assist in our Integrated Business Development process.
• Assist in monthly budgeting in regards to pricing, forecasting, GP management, deliveries and inventory management
• Monthly follow-up and analysis of promotions
• Coordination with local warehouse and contact to suppliers
• Close contact with our plants in Europe and key persons in our sales & operational planning teams
• Close contact with our Nordic distributors
• Assist in events and meetings with distributors
• Ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:
• Pricing, GP management and forecasting skills
• Super user in word & Excel (knowledge with AS400 is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Danish (or Norwegian or Swedish)
• Knowledge with AS400
