For L'Oréal Denmark we are looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Coordinator for a summer temp job

We are looking for a sweedish customer coordinator temp for L'Oréal's office in Copenhagen this summer 18/06/2018– 17/08/2018. We need a person who has an outgoing personality and have experience with customer service. You should also be interested in working with high-end beauty products and should be able to handle complex assignments in a fast changing work environment.

Key Job Accountabilities

As a Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for assigned sweedish customers – mostly on mail, and a bit on the phone.
You will be trained, so you will be responsible for some of the coordinating activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing and take customer specific needs into consideration.
You will also ensure that the communication flow externally and internally are well established.

• Overall responsibility of customer service for assigned customers
• Order collecting on email - order processing, returns, and invoicing
• Managing customer claims and credit note processes
• Internal and external communication about customer specific issues

Required Competencies

• Customer and service orientation
• It’s not a demand but an advantage if you have been working in the programme SAP and excel before
• Native language: Swedish, fluent in English
• A team player attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to build good relationships and work efficiently with customers and internal contacts
• Ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently taking into account deadlines and service standards

It’s a plus but not a requirement if you have

• Work experience in customer service before, experience of order collection and working by mail and phone before
• Understanding and experience of Supply Chain processes and specifically on the order to cash process

• Fulltime job, 37 hours a week from 08.00-16.00, monday-friday
