Operational Sales is overall responsible for contract management i.e. securing the practical execution of signed contracts with focus on managing the order flow in line with agrees terms. You will support and coordinate the processes with Sales, Engineering Project Managers and production sites. You will also handle questions from customers and help with marketing activities.

We are looking for a structured and detailed person who has a good overview over processes and has experience with order handling in Navision and C5. You are very thorough in your approach to assignments and take pride in your work. You have experience with contract management and will be responsible for updating the system.

Primary tasks:
• Create and maintain updating of customer contract key terms
• Create and maintain a customer contact data file
• Receipt of customer orders and booking of the same in Navision and C5
• Order acknowledgement to customers by e-mail and customer websites
• Coordination of delivery dates between production site and customers.
• Direct customer contact for clarification of order details like quantities, delivery dates, prices, etc.
• Weekly meetings with production sites
• Controlling of order handling on production sites
• Support to and coordination of processes
• Marketing activities
