The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various destinations in Simcoe County along with Warehouse Support.
Need to be residing in Barrie,
Working Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30pm
30 hr work week to start with possible overtime
$22.00 - $24/hr based on experience
Immediate interview and start
Advantages
Competitive pay of $22-$24/hr depending on experience

30 hrs/wk to start leading to full time (40hrs/wk) + occasional overtime
Permanent status will be offered to the qualified candidate
Responsibilities
Safely operate and drive a 20' Cab Over vehicle to deliver goods to customers' locations.
Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment and secure cargo for transportation.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures and documentation from customers.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 1-3 years of Canadian experience as a G driver, preferably in a delivery or transportation setting.
Knowledge of Ontario roadways and transportation regulations.
Warehouse experience an asset
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
