Au niveau RH :
- communication avec les agences intérim
- vérification des plannings et des heures des intérimaires
Autres tâches:
- gestion de documents relatifs à la production, à la logistique
- assurer la prise du téléphone
- gérer les e-mails
- utiliser excel pour la gestion des tableaux de reportings
- gérer l'impression des étiquettes pour la logistiques
- encoder des documents pour le service qualité

- Encodagede données / indexation de fichiers
- Rédiger des rapports et des comptes-rendus
- Centrale téléphonique / dispatching
- Recevoir et distribuer le courrier

Tu es notre employé administratif recherche si:
- Tu détiens un bachelier en administratif ou une expérience dans le domaine
- Tu parles anglais ou allemand (car tu dois entretenir des conversations avec le siège allemand de l'entreprise)
- Tu maitrises excel
- Tu es flexibles sur les tâches et tu t'adaptes à une petite structure
