job description

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Ensure timely response to client request for service and question:

- Ensure all customers¿ queries as well as claims are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate
- Generate and handle all internal and external customer service requests in ERP system
- Forwarding applicable priorities to Dispatchers or related chain of command.
- Providing L1 support
- Inspect work orders for completeness and timely close out          
- Maintain data quality in service data management tools          
- Weekly review and export to service leader of completed work orders         
- Follow-up with clients to validate customer satisfaction           
- Follow-up with clients regarding A/R issues             
- Communicate effectively between other groups within the company
