job description

- Process control: Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained. Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes defining quality plans and procedures in conjunction with operating and business staff.

- Document management: Ensure that every document within the scope of the QMS is controlled, approved, reviewed, updated and distributed accordingly, as well as ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed.

- Technical service: Close follow up of the depot activities and the validation master Plan, monitor of service complaints, tool calibration surveillance.

- Supplier performance: Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and reevaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.

- Management Review: Coordinate periodically meetings and prepare and submit quarterly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents. Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

- Complaint management: Report product complaints to Customer Advocacy and deal with the answers to the customer.
Product Hold: Distribute On Holds between affected departments and support when needed

- Customer satisfaction: Monitor the outcome of the customer satisfaction survey implementing improvements when needed.

- CAPA management: Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.

- Training: Maintain the QMS training plan. Manage eLearning training tool for Spain and Portugal affiliates employees. Ensure that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update training as necessary.

- Support: Assist in the preparation of tenders and Customer Service activities by providing management system related documents, surveys, certificates...
