job description

  1. Provide on time responses to internal customer and vendor requests through
    the helpdesk email account
    ¿ Collaborate with supplier, internal clients and external service provider
    ¿ Perform special payments (Rush, PRVs¿).
    ¿ Invoice resolution and handle discrepancies appropriately
    ¿ Run corresponding automatic payment batches
    ¿ Ensure corresponding account GLs are in balance.   
    ¿ Perform quality control checks for detection and analysis of errors in processes
    under scope, establish resolution and set-up a path forward to avoid
    recurrence
    ¿ Identify proactively continuous improvement opportunities and participate in
    projects when requested
    ¿ Document and maintain procedures     
    ¿ Perform administrative tasks to support the team: e.g. update contact lists,
    time planning, organization of meetings, etc.  
    ¿ Participate in a wider network of finance departments and foster a solid
    collaboration amongst them.
    ¿ Comply rigorously with internal controls and reconciliations  
    ¿ Support internal & external audits.
