Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and the management team (GM, finance, employee experience, market analysis, communications and marketing, member experience, etc.) according to priorities, in various files, mandates, presentations and day-to-day activities, by demonstrating
initiative, proactivity, thoroughness and discretion;
- Administrative support for 6/7 managers, the CEO and the Director;
- Design, prepare and update various activity reports and dashboards, and follow up on them in accordance with deadlines;
- Organize and provide logistical support for various meetings, committees and board meetings, and draft minutes;
- Produce, revise and layout various documents;
- Collaborate in the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative processes;
- Manage and monitor various contracts and insurance policies;
- Collaborate on all other company activities and special projects requiring administrative and operational support;
- Prepare expense reports, monitor budgets, create purchase orders and submit invoices for payment;
- Attend to the reception of management visitors;
- Perform all other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written (functional level of English);
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of the Office Suite;
- Good organizational skills, rigor and resourcefulness;
- Agile, proactive and flexible;
- Excellent ability to build trusting relationships;
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
- A sense of confidentiality and professionalism;
