Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the FP&A financial analyst - Business Partner - are detailed as follows:
Participate in the monthly financial statement closing process;
Prepare financial and performance analyzes of the company's various business units and provide solutions;
Analyze financial statements and identify significant variations from one period to another;
Participate in the annual budget process in collaboration with all departments and ensure periodic budget monitoring;
Analyze the economic environment and produce analyzes of business opportunities;
Control the costs of the different business units;
Establish KPIs and ensure their periodic monitoring;
Ensure the continuous improvement of financial processes;
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
We are seeking the following qualifications for the role of FP&A Financial Analyst – Business Partner:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA or CFA designation a major asset;
3-5 years of experience in an FP&A role;
Multinational experience, a major asset;
Oral and written bilingualism in French and English;
Ability to synthesize information;
Knowledge of Power BI, an asset.
