Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Directors of Advisory Services, the incumbent of the position will:
- Participate in the preparation and revision of business valuation mandates and
financial modelling;
- Analyze financial data, review documents, conduct research in-depth to identify and report on key issues;
- Take part in the production and revision of deliverables, including service offerings,
reports and other documents, as expected and required by clients;
- Assist when required in mergers and acquisitions mandates as well as mandates of
financing;
- Supervise interns, analysts and senior analysts of the team
- Collaborate in the development of tools for the department;
- Exercise effective risk management in all mandates;
• Ensure the maintenance of quality control standards throughout mandates;
• Performs other related duties.
Qualifications
- Hold a university degree in accounting or finance;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting combined with experience in business valuation
- CPA or CPA in progress, a major asset
- Hold or be in the process of obtaining CBV/EEE, a major asset
- Advanced Excel (VLookup, PVT)
- Francophone environment
