My client is clearly one most successful and prominent developer builders in Brisbane at the moment and throughout QLD. Due an ever increasing pipeline they are currently seeking Finishes Foreman to work on a a luxury multistory appartment project in Brisbane.
The Role

To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as Finishes Foreman on Medium/High-Rise Projects (residential). Reporting directly to Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have recent experience as a Finishes Foreman on High-Rise developments $50M+
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Management and sub contractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- Ability to hold tool box talks and promote safe work sites
- Ability to write a short term construction program
