Our business partner is looking for experienced Hebrew speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative colleagues. Pozíció leírása / Job description- Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
- Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
- Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
- Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales, finance)
- Managing orders for a specific region via various ordering channels
- Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and crediting
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew are a must (written and spoken)
- Professional experience (>1 years) in any of the following fields: customer service, administration, order management, IT service desk
- Ability to keep deadlines whilst identify errors and recommend process enhancements
- You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
