Our client, a well-known international bank, is currently seeking a driven and ambitious marketer to complement their credit card team to help boost usage.

Degree qualified with a minimum 3 years of marketing experience gained from reputable financial institutions or fast paced environments such as telecommunications, you will review and revamp value proposition of current products to ensure best in class card products are offered to different segments. You will be responsible for product management, from P&L and budget control, developing and implementing credit card campaigns (digital & non-digital) to improve active ratio and usage. Also collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver superior customer experience; ensuring all activities comply with internal guidelines and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably with a major in Business / Finance / Marketing
  • At least 3 years of digital and traditional marketing experience within fast-paced environments
  • Solid experience in program planning and implementation
  • Client centric, able to anticipate customer needs and response
  • Good project management to plan and implement process redesign/enhancement projects
  • Can work independently and manage multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds including technology, marketing, product development, frontlines, etc.
  • Enjoy creating new initiatives and deliver it end to end
  • Attention to details and good problem solving ability
