Our client is a leading property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong.

about the job.
  • To be responsible for the overall management of VIP lounge and service counter
  • Provide on-site pre-opening support; training and supervision on the implementation of the brand standards
  • Take part in the preparation and work with local teams towards the successful delivery of the operational readiness projects
  • Creates and updates process flowcharts for reference and training purposes
  • Maintain history records and related problem documentations for future reference
  • Take ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary
  • Build and maintain good relationships with our members, provide high quality customer service at the VIP lounge, events, service counter and customer hotline
  • Provide personalized services and customer care, understand customer needs to enhance members’ loyalty
  • Perform CRM database management via accurate data input of members’ information, preferences, spending receipts, and redemption of benefits or rewards
  • Support daily operations such as the members-only lounge, redemption of mall promotions, etc.
  • Actively reach out to collect feedback and comments from customers for continuous improvement in service quality
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder or above with at least 8 years customer service or sales experience focusing on front line customer interaction, preferably in luxury retail or private clubs or a customer service centre serving high-end customers
  • Posses strong leadership skill and a good team player, detail-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be good in planning, organizing ideas and customer prospecting tracking with PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Excellent service attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua
  • Willing to work on shift (5 days/week from 11:30am - 8:30pm)
