This is a newly created position in the team; as the Assistant Project Manager, you will be managing the operational aspects of multiple cross-functional projects or programs in the business and ensuring smooth delivery of the projects and collaboration of multiple functional teams.
You will take lead in planning and executing the company's initiatives, working closely with project stakeholders across different departments to ensure the project milestones are successfully achieved; identifying potential risks of the projects and preparing migitation plans; preparing regular reports for management updates.
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Management/ Engineering / relevant disciplines
  • 6 years above project management experience in a large corporation with proven track record to co-ordinate cross-functional teams and manage external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business and commercial sense
  • Excellent command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Strong at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge in applying various project management tools will be an advantage
