Our client, a well-established insurance provider that focuses on digital initiatives and a customer-led approach, is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing to head the implementation of a new digital transformation project across its digital platforms.

In this role, you will lead the digital implementation, where you will manage the overall project delivery and cross-functional stakeholder involvement across the overall design and delivery. You will work in partnership with IT and the digital transformation team to ensure a seamless integration between back and front-end technology and applications. You will need to ensure that you deliver strong customer engagement throughout the organization’s digital ecosystem, and drive both customer and business value through innovative digital customer experience solutions.

Degree qualified ideally in marketing, you should have at least 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital customer engagement, and digital transformation. Ideally, you should have experience within the industry, banking, or financial services industry. You should have strong competency and comprehension of digital journeys and how to enhance digital journeys for customers. You will need a strong sense of digital touchpoint design and management, and also effective customer journey mapping. You should have a strong understanding of digital process automation and transformation, and have great passion and understanding of digital UI and UX.

Requirements​

  • Degree qualified in Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 10+ years in digital marketing, digital customer engagement, and digital transformation with a MNC
  • Experience in insurance or financial services would be advantageous
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong competency and understanding of digital journeys
  • Strong grasp of digital touchpoint design and management, and customer journey mapping
  • Experience with digital process automation and transformation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
